Product Review of the Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless Earbuds
Maybe vinyl is your jam, or you don’t feel like right unless you’re listening to your music through old school large headphones, when you’re travelling, for the sake of convenience and portability, you may want to downsize.
Downsizing your audio, doesn’t mean you have to downsize on audio quality, especially if you invest in some Jabra Elite 65t True Wireless Earbuds.
Now here hands, Jabra Elite Wireless Earbuds get a slaying 10 out of 10. They are sleek, durable and best of all, very comfortable when worn for long periods of time.
Each earbud has a large button on the side of it, which is invisibly split into two, meaning you have access to four microphones in total. The remote control mode in the headphones wasn’t comfortable and after a while, I feel like I had to repeatedly push them further into my ears to get the sound quality I wanted.
As well as having left and right markers on them, to ensure you fit the right earpiece to the right ear, you will love how secure they feel; as they have a simple fit and twist system that locks them in your ear.
This means you’ll never experience the travellers’ sweat of running through the airport to catch a plane drop out moment or experience gym shame, when you raise your treadmill speed – yes, we’ve all been that person.
Jabra Elite sound quality is excellent. Clean, crisp and particularly good on lower frequencies which don’t always happen with wireless earbuds. Their sound isolation is top of the tree, especially in the highly competitive market place it features in and its wireless connectivity is also top drawer.
However, these earbuds, have additional functionality, which travellers will love. They act as active noise cancelling headphones, tuning out the immediate sound around you.
Yes, you can have the best of both worlds, by switching across to the hear through setting, which gives you partial access to your earbud microphones, allowing some ambient sound to get through.
This process gives you an awareness of sounds directly around you. A real plus when you are being active e.g. exercising or doing an extreme sport and needs to have your wits about you.
Because the Jabra Elite does such a great job of noise isolation, be mindful of when you wear them – eg. not great while you are in a group or outdoor running when you need to be conscious of any distractions or obstacles which may impede your progress.
Jabra’s mobile app gives you the capacity to alter your settings, skip tracks, control noise volume, music equalizer settings and soundscapes – which plays music background tracks that relate to your mood or environment.
Soundscapes can be used to help you focus on the activity you may be performing while wearing your earbuds. It also has preset for the environment you find yourself in, like commuting or exercising.
CHARGING & BLUETOOTH
A single charge of your Jabra earplugs gives you up to 5 hours charge. The Jabra earbuds come with a compact charging case, that holds an additional 10 hours of battery charge, meaning if you charge thoughtfully, you will never run out of charge, even on a long haul flight.
Having adequate blue-tooth stability is essential when you are constantly on the go. Jabra’s interbud connection with is very strong, as is the connection to blue tooth device.
Overall we loved the Jabra earbuds – they are high audio performers that pack a monster audio punch.
