Product Review of the TP-Link AC750 Wireless Travel Router TL-WR902AC – Fast Wifi Travels With You
As an entrepreneur and digital nomad, there’s one thing that I can’t live without – wi-fi and for this reason I never leave home without a travel wireless router.
A wireless router is an electronic device, that works as a router and wireless access point, so that data can be shared through radio signals instead of cable. You can use your router with your smartphone, tablet, chromebooks, laptops and to make low cost calls over the internet – all the things you need in your mobile office.
I heard a lot about the TP Link AC750 Travel Router
THE KIT contains :
Wireless Travel Router
Micro USB full cable
3 year warranty
Quick installation guide
Card to write down login / password / SS ID
The TP Link AC750 Travel Router is a portable, compact sized power square, which packs a mighty punch in terms of its looks, portability and functionality. On the front a selection of LED lights. On the side the micro usb power point, reset switch and the USB port where you can plug in a 3G or 4G USB dongle.
On the other side you have the internet port and mode switch, which allows you to change the different internet accesses. It’s very easy to set up and gives you a super fast, stable connection.
Once switched on – plugged in and connected by internet, it is simple to use. You can set the mode you want to use it in, change the SSID name and password.
Its multi-functional USB port means you can not only share files and media through your internet browser with different computers; it can also act as a powerbank charger (up to 5V/2A) to mobile devices like smart phones or tablets, making it easy to charge on the go.
The TP Link AC750 Travel Router‘s versatility is also a huge plus. It can operate in five different modes – Router and Hotspot mode while you’re travelling and while you are at home – Client, Ranger Extender Coverage and Access Modes.
When travel you can plug in your dongle and use mobile data. If your hotel only has Ethernet, you can plug your router into the Ethernet port and create your own access point; which can truly be a lifesaver – your own secure wireless connection for things like your smart phone or tablet.
Overall we found The TP Link AC750 Travel Router to be a winner – competitively priced at $42.49 on Amazon and we definitely recommend it if you’re looking for portable functionality in your router.
